#56 Harvesting! Hooray!

My garden has finally grown to the point where I can get an actual meal from it.  A couple of weeks ago I made Ryan, Owen, my mom, and I a lovely salad for lunch.  I used some bibb lettuce, lolla rosa lettuce, baby beet greens, baby swiss chard, arugula, and some lovely baby lacinto kale.  I topped it off with some quartered French breakfast radishes and some simple homemade lemon vinaigrette.  So exciting!!!  Since then, I've made a mean batch of arugula pesto and countless salads.  I am obsessed with my garden. Obsessed.

My garden is struggling! I'm just praying that it will do something!
